Returns

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from beadaddictiononline.com you may return the items within 30 days of shipment of your order and we will gladly refund (or exchange) your purchase price of your returned items with the following exceptions: 

  • Items must be unaltered/unopened.  Include a copy of your invoice. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
  • We do not accept returns on items Sold by the inch/foot/yard
  • Clearance items
  • Package product that has been opened, including tools, beading wire, etc.
  • Strands of beads that have been cut apart (please inspect your bead strand and decide whether you want to keep them BEFORE cutting the strand apart)
  • Partially used products of any kind, including partial bead strands, etc.
  • Products purchased at other web sites (it happens)
  • Special orders
  • Bead Addiction e-Gift certificates
  • Bead Kits
  • Books/Pamphlets/Software
  • Contact us or include a note if you would like to exchange items in your order.
  • A credit will be applied to your credit card or PayPal account if within 30 days of the original charge. If you paid by money order, we will issue you a store credit.

For you own protection we recommend you send your returns in a strong cardboard box or bubble-padded envelope. We also suggest that you insure your package. We are not responsible for product returns that arrive to us damaged, and thus cannot credit you for these items. Items returned in a standard unpadded envelope are almost certain to be damaged by the postal service.
Returns that total $100 or more
If you would like to make a return that has a value of $100 or more, you will need to first contact our customer service department for a Return Authorization number.
Returns sent in after  30 days
Returns received after 100 days of original receipt are not accepted, and we cannot therefore offer any sort of credit.
Wrong Item(s) Sent
We do our best to eliminate all order fulfillment errors but it does happen.  If you receive the wrong item, please either call us at 508-660-7984We will get the correct item sent out immediately and speak with you about returning the mistakenly sent item if applicable. 
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a broken item, please follow the same steps as listed above.  Please follow the same procedure for obviously defective items (clasps that don't stay shut, items missing crystals, etc.) These damaged/defective/incorrect items will be accepted for up to 30 days after purchase.
Please contact our Customer Service Department first to discuss whether you would like a replacement or a refund.
